Commissioned by Cubitts as part of their Hampstead Collection, the sunglasses were designed in response to the architecture designed by the Isokon firm found in the area, and its constructivist inspirations.
This project demonstrated a fusion of Design Thinking principles with a human-centred approach, where empathy and understanding of user needs guided each stage from prototyping to production.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams was key, enhancing the design’s adaptability and problem-solving capabilities, ensuring the product resonated with a broad market while navigating unexpected challenges.
